Return a product

Should your product not meet your needs, we allow return of products within 30 days from receiving the product. Exchanges are credited for the full value of the original product and no additional shipping fees are incurred.

The process to receive full refund:

1. Ensure the item is returned in as-new condition, in the original packaging, with the return label.
2. Ensure the item has not been modified or damaged in any way.
3. We receive your item to our warehouse and confirm the condition meets our requirements.
4. You will receive a credit to use with other products at Madison Island.
